Not that I know this first hand or anything, cause I don't, I'm just saying....
Regardless of the fact that you just went potty, if you are practicing relaxing through a particularly uncomfortable bout of Braxton Hicks and you sneeze simultaneously, you will wet yourself. If anyone tries to tell you differently, they're lying, plain and simple... but I wouldn't know, I'm just saying.
